Focus

Cindy Williams serves as our Operations Administrator. She is the first person you’ll meet when you visit our office. She handles the day-to-day administrative responsibilities and provides support to the investment, tax, and client teams. In addition, she collaborates closely with the Director of Finance and the Senior Trust Accountant on accounting operations for both our clients and the company.

Background

Cindy joined the 1911 Trust Company in 2024. She brings with her a diverse background, having worked for years in hospital and school administration. Her years of experience in customer-focused services ensure our client’s needs are handled with care and attention. Cindy is a graduate of Gordon College, with a BA in Business Administration.

Away from the office

Outside of the office, Cindy enjoys exploring the waters of the North Shore either by boat or kayak, volunteering with local charities, and spending quality time with family and friends. Cindy and her husband live in Beverly, MA, and delight in the chance to travel whenever it arises.
